Providing Wellness is about self care. It’s about inhaling, exhaling and taking time to pause. It's about yoga. It’s about being kind to yourself. It's about humor and finding what works for you. Providing Wellness is keeping things that bring you pleasure and letting go of things that no longer serve you.
May I be happy.
May I be healthy.
May I be safe.
May I live with ease.

I believe that everyone has a right to a peaceful life, on and off the yoga mat.

For me, yoga makes the world a better place, and if I can offer my passion and knowledge of yoga to others, perhaps in a small way, I am contributing to a more peaceful world.

A Word from Students
I used to hate yoga. I thought it was boring, I was impatient and I did not 'get it'. But after I took Kelly's class, I learned to love it! She is so easy-going and accepting if you want to do your own thing or follow along with what she's doing. She doesn't mind if you grunt or cry or swear! Her calm, loving energy make the class a joy and a breeze and I always have a better day afterwards. I highly recommend taking her class whenever and wherever she may be teaching. -- Bridget M. I attended a session at my work place at noontime. There were about 7 women and 1 man and we were all first timers with chair yoga. Kelly was fabulous, patient and easy to follow. We all came away with everyday techniques to use to stretch out throughout the day. We asked her to come back in a month so we could learn more. I highly recommend this class. - Linda G. Keene, NH
