Yoga Classes


The gift of yoga for Kelly is the quieting of the mind, strengthening of the body and honoring the breath.

Kelly teaches a gentle yoga flow, which means she pauses between each pose. Breathing deeply, inviting her students to participate in a satisfying exhale. Pausing to feel the air on their skin, bringing their attention back to the present moment and experiencing a mind -body connection.

 Curvy Yoga; Curvy Yoga is about body acceptance and body affirming. Curvy Yoga offers variations on poses, making the pose accessible to large framed bodies.


This is your class, your body. Breathe, feel, be. 

She mixes her sense of humor and loving kindness with deep breathing and gentle stretching. Using verbal suggestions and variations for each pose.

Kelly follows the three aspects of Hits The Spot Yoga; go to your steady edge, breathe deeply and focus on a point of concentration or sensation.
