Office yoga is ideal for anyone who spends the majority of their day sitting at a desk. It decreases office stress,enhances concentration and improves overall well being, bringing awareness to posture and breathing. 
Office yoga needs no special yoga clothing or yoga mat.


I recently taught an office yoga class; people stretched, took
deep breathes, and relaxed with a guided meditation.

The class assisted them to go back to their desk with clarity
and found that their focus and concentration was improved.


Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair and standing using the chair for support.
No special clothing is needed.

If you have limited mobility, attending a standard yoga class can be frustrating. With the use of  arm-less chairs, the body has the ability and freedom to achieve a variety of supported poses.
